Oak Meadow Meats offers custom meat processing services for beef, pork, lamb, and goats for customers in southeastern Minnesota and northeastern Iowa. Livestock Processing

Oak Meadow Meats dry ages all custom beef for a minimum of 10-14 days, but additional aging is always available. When deciding how to process your livestock, we will help you every step of the way. Here's what we need to know when processing your beef:

Game Trim Processing

Bring in your wild game trim and Oak Meadow Meats will process into ground products as well as sausages and jerky. Oak Meadow Meats is currently unable to process whole carcass deer. You are guaranteed to receive the meat that you brought in; we will not mix your meat with other game trim. Because all wild game orders are kept in separate batches, we require a minimum of 15-20 lbs of game trim for each batch of sausage to be made.
